REGULAMIN KONGRESU
„5th Congress of Polish Biosciences and 52nd Meeting of the Polish Biochemical Society”
BIO – 2023

§ 1
Organizatorzy, termin i czas trwania

1. Kongres „5th Congress of Polish Biosciences and 52nd Meeting of the Polish Biochemical Society” (zwane dalej jako „Kongres”) organizowany jest przez Polskie Towarzystwo Biochemiczne (PTBioch) i odbywa się w dniach od 13 do 16 września 2023 r. w Szczecinie.
2. W trakcie Konferencji uczestnikom przedstawione zostaną przygotowane dla nich formy aktywności, które zostaną określone odrębnymi programami. Programy, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzedzającym zostaną zamieszczone na stronie internetowej bio2023.ptbioch.edu.pl/
3. Szczegółowe informacje o Konferencji i programie znajdują się na stronie internetowej Konferencji: bio2023.ptbioch.edu.pl/
4. Uczestnik przyjmuje do wiadomości, że zarejestrowanie się na Konferencję (ust. 4 poniżej), jest równoznaczne z akceptacją niniejszego Regulaminu.
5. Obsługę Konferencji w zakresie rejestracji, płatności, przesyłania abstraktów i innych działań organizacyjnych zapewnia Mazurkas Travel Biuro Podróży Sp. z o.o., Al. Wojska Polskiego 27, 01-515 Warszawa, NIP: 522-000-29-95.

§ 2
Rejestracja udziału w Kongresie

1. Uczestnikiem Kongresu jest każda osoba, która bierze w niej udział.
2. Udział w Kongresie możliwy jest na podstawie wcześniejszej rejestracji.
3. Uczestnictwo w aktywnościach wymagających wcześniejszej rejestracji bez jej dokonania nie jest możliwe z zastrzeżeniem sytuacji rezygnacji z uczestnictwa przez zarejestrowanego Uczestnika.
4. Rejestracja odbywa się przez podanie imienia, nazwiska, adresu e-mail oraz afiliacji i prowadzona jest poprzez formularz rejestracji dostępny na stronie internetowej bio2023.ptbioch.edu.pl/
5. Rejestracja rozpoczyna się 20 marca 2023 roku.

§ 3
Zasady udziału w Konferencji

1. Uczestnicy akceptują ustalone reguły przebiegu Konferencji, jego programu oraz zobowiązują się nie wpływać na jego zmianę i nie zakłócać przebiegu Konferencji.
2. PTBioch planuje przeprowadzenie fotorelacji z Kongresu dla celów dokumentacyjnych (np. raportów i sprawozdań), informacyjnych (dostępnych na stronie internetowej Kongresu i innych stronach internetowych PTBioch z informacją o Kongresie i jego przebiegu), promocyjnych (np. stronach internetowych PTBioch i w mediach społecznościowych) i archiwizacji (w zakresie nagrań ifotorelacji).
3. Uczestnik biorąc udział w Kongresie, wyraża zgodę na utrwalenie i wykorzystanie swojego wizerunku w celach wskazanych w ust. 2 powyżej, bez prawa do wynagrodzenia z powyższego tytułu. Zgoda obejmuje rozpowszechnianie przez PBioch wizerunku utrwalonego w związku z udziałem w Kongresie poprzez: utrwalanie, zwielokrotnianie przy użyciu wszelkich technik, rozpowszechnianie, korzystanie, wprowadzenie do obrotu, użyczenie, publiczne wykonanie, wstawienie, wyświetlenie, odtworzenie, nadawanie, publiczne udostępnianie, archiwizację, w tym w szczególności na stronach internetowych PTBioch, na profilach PTBioch, w mediach społecznościowych, na wydarzeniach promocyjnych PTBioch.
4. Ustalone zasady udziału w Kongresie, o których mowa w niniejszym regulaminie mogą ulec zmianie, stosownie do ograniczeń wprowadzanych przez rząd Rzeczpospolitej Polski.

§ 4
Zmiana Regulaminu

1. Regulamin jest udostępniony uczestnikom na stronie internetowej https://bio2023.ptbioch.edu.pl
2. PTBioch zastrzega sobie prawo zmiany Regulaminu, w szczególności z powodu zmiany powszechnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa i konieczności dostosowania Regulaminu do tej zmiany, zmiany programu Kongresu, zwiększenia środków bezpieczeństwa towarzyszących Kongresowi.
3. Zmiana regulaminu wejdzie w życie z chwilą jego publikacji na stronie internetowej Konferencji.

§ 5
Zasady bezpieczeństwa

1. Podczas Konferencji zakazane jest manifestowanie światopoglądu, w tym w szczególności poglądów politycznych. Zabrania się prowadzenia podczas Konferencji działalności handlowej, promocyjnej, reklamowej z zastrzeżeniem przypadków kiedy dany podmiot uzyskał odrębną zgodę organizatora Kongresu.
2. Organizator Kongresu w przypadku zakłócania przez Uczestnika ładu i porządku publicznego jest uprawniony do usunięcia go z udziału w Konferencji poprzez zablokowanie możliwości udziału w poszczególnych sesjach Kongresu. W celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa podczas wydarzenia, organizator może nagrywać przebieg Kongresu.

§ 6
Przetwarzanie danych osobowych
Zgodnie z art. 13 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych, dalej „RODO”) PTBioch informuje, że:

1. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Polskie Towarzystwo Biochemiczne, reprezentowane przez Prezesa Towarzystwa, natomiast podmiotem przetwarzającym jest Mazurkas Travel Biuro Podróży Sp. z o.o.
2. PTBioch nie wyznaczył Inspektora Ochrony Danych Osobowych, natomiast wszelkie uwagi i pytania dotyczące przetwarzania danych osobowych można zgłaszać do Sekretarza PTBioch poprzez email: sekretarz@ptbioch.edu.pl.
3. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu: przygotowania, organizacji i przeprowadzenia Kongresu oraz obsługi po Kongresie w tym dokonania rozliczenia Konferencji zarówno finansowego jak i merytorycznego. Podstawa prawna przetwarzania Pani/Pana danych osobowych wynika z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a), b), c) i f) RODO.
4. Podanie przez Panią/Pana danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale w odniesieniu do danych: imię bądź imiona, nazwisko, adres email, afiliacja, IP – konieczne do uczestnictwa w Kongresie.
5. Pani/Pana dane osobowe podane w formularzu rejestracyjnym mogą być przekazane podmiotom zapewniającym obsługę techniczną i informatyczną Kongresu oraz organom współfinansującym w zakresie rozliczania kosztów. Pani/Pana dana osobowa w postaci wizerunku może zostać utrwalona na zdjęciach lub filmach z Kongresu i przetwarzana na stronach internetowych PTBioch, na portalach społecznościowych w sposób umożliwiający dostęp osób trzecich, na cele związane z promocją PTBioch, w tym na potrzeby relacji z Kongresu – zgodnie z § 3 ust. 3 Regulaminu.
6. W sytuacji zmiany formuły Konferencji na „on-line”, wykłady podczas Konferencji będą odbywać się poprzez aplikację zapewnioną przez Mazurkas Travel Biuro Podróży Sp. Z o. o.
7. Pani/Pana dane osobowe podane w formularzu rejestracyjnym będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia Kongresu a następnie przez czas przedawnienia roszczeń mogących wyniknąć z uczestnictwa w Kongresie. Pani/Pana dane osobowe w postaci wizerunku będą przetwarzane w ramach relacji z Konferencji na stronach internetowych PTBioch oraz profilach PTBioch w portalach społecznościowych do czasu wycofania zgody na przetwarzanie wizerunku.
8. Posiada Pani/Pan prawo do: uzyskania informacji o przetwarzaniu danych osobowych i uprawnieniach przysługujących zgodnie z RODO, dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz ich sprostowania, a także prawo do usunięcia danych osobowych ze zbiorów administratora (chyba że dalsze przetwarzanie jest konieczne dla wykonania obowiązku prawnego albo w celu ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń), oraz prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania – w przypadkach i na warunkach określonych w RODO.
9. W zakresie, w jakim przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie zgody, posiada Pani/Pan również prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
10. Wycofanie zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych można przesłać e-mailem na adres: sekretarz@ptbioch.edu.pl
11. Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą przedmiotem automatycznego podejmowania decyzji ani profilowania.
12. Ma Pan/Pani prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych w razie uznania, że przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych narusza przepisy RODO.

§ 7
Postanowienia końcowe

1. Organizator Kongresu zastrzega sobie prawo do odwołania Kongresu, zmiany programu i formuły. Informację o odwołaniu Kongresu ogłosi na stronie internetowej Kongresu, o której mowa w §1 ust. 4. Organizator Kongresu nie będzie wobec Uczestników zobowiązany do żadnej rekompensaty lub odszkodowania z tego tytułu.
2. Odwołanie udziału w Kongresie przez uczestnika wymaga formy pisemnej.
3. W przypadku rezygnacji uczestnika do 30 czerwca 2023 r. Organizator zwróci wniesioną wpłatę z potrąceniem 50% kwoty. W przypadku rezygnacji uczestnika po 30 czerwca 2023 r. nie ma zwrotów wpłaconych należności.
4. Organizatorzy Konferencji nie ponoszą żadnej odpowiedzialności w przypadku pogorszenia stanu zdrowia lub zachorowania (w tym zachorowania na SARS-CoV2) uczestnika Konferencji podczas jej trwania.
5. W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie mają powszechnie obowiązujące przepisy prawa.

CONFERENCE REGULATIONS
5th Congress of Polish Biosciences BIO2023 – “Different faces of biosciences” and 52nd Meeting of the Polish Biochemical Society

§ 1
Organizers, time and duration

1. The 5th Congress of Polish Biosciences BIO2023 – “Different faces of biosciences” and 52nd Meeting of the Polish Biochemical Society (hereinafter referred to as the “Congress”) is organized by the Polish Biochemical Society and takes place from 13 to 16 September 2023 in Szczecin.
2. The Congress Service in the field of delegates management, registration and payment handling and other organizational activities is provided by Mazurkas Travel Biuro Podróży Sp. z o.o., Al. Wojska Polskiego 27, 01-515 Warsaw, NIP: 522-000-29-95.
3. The participant acknowledges that registering for the Conngress (section 4 below) is tantamount to accepting these Regulations.
4. Detailed information about the Congress and the program can be found on the event website: bio2023.ptbioch.edu.pl
5. During the Congress, participants will be present with the forms of activity prepared for them, which will be defined by separate programs. The programs referred to in the preceding sentence will be posted on the website: bio2023.ptbioch.edu.pl

§ 2
Registration of participation in the Congress

1. A participant in the Congress is every person who participates in it.
2. Participation in the Congress is possible on the basis of prior registration.
3. Participation in activities requiring prior registration without prior registration is not possible subject to the resignation from participation by a registered Participant.
4. Registration takes place by providing the name, surname, e-mail address and affiliation and is carried out through the registration form available on the website: bio2023.ptbioch.edu.pl
5. Registration opens on March 20th, 2023.

§ 3
Rules for participation in the Congress

1. The participants accept the established rules for the course of the Congress, its program and undertake not to influence its change and not to disturb the course of the Congress.
2. PTBioch as an organizer of the Congress, plan to conduct a photo report of the Congress for documentation (e.g. reports and reports), information (available on the Congress website and other websites of PTBioch with information about the Congress and their course), promotional (e.g. websites of PTBioch, profiles of PTBioch in social media) and archiving (in the field of recordings and photo coverage).
3. By participating in the Congress, the Participant agrees to the recording and use of his image for the purposes indicated in sec. 2 above, without the right to remuneration in this respect. The consent covers the dissemination by PTBioch of the image recorded in connection with participation in the Congress by: recording, reproducing using any techniques, disseminating, using, placing on the market, lending, public performance, inserting, displaying, reproducing, broadcasting, public sharing, archiving, in particular on the websites of PTBioch on the profiles of PTBioch in social media, at PTBioch promotional events.
4. The established rules of participation in the conference referred to in these regulations may be changed according to the restrictions introduced by the government of the Republic of Poland.

§ 4
Changing the Regulations

1. The Regulations are available to participants on the website: bio2023.ptbioch.edu.pl
2. PTBioch reserves the right to amend the Regulations, in particular due to changes in generally applicable laws and the need to adapt the Regulations to this change, change the Congress program, and increase the security measures accompanying the Congress.
3. The amendment to the regulations will come into force upon its publication on the Congress website.

§ 5
Safety rules

1. During the Congress, it is forbidden to manifest one’s worldview, including in particular political views. It is forbidden to conduct commercial, promotional and advertising activities during the Congress, except for cases when a given entity has obtained a separate consent from the organizer of the Congress.
2. The Organizer of the Congress, in the event of disturbing public order by the Participant, is entitled to remove him from participation in the Congress by blocking the possibility of participating to individual sessions of the Congress. In order to ensure safety during the Congress, the Congress organizer may record the course of the Congress.

§ 6
Processing of personal data

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of  April 27th 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection , hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) PTBioch informs that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is the Polish Biochemical Society, represented by the President of the Society, while the processor is Mazurkas Travel Biuro Podróży Sp. z o.o.
2. PTBioch has not appointed a Personal Data Protection Inspector, however, any comments and questions regarding the processing of personal data may be submitted to the PTBioch Secretary via e-mail: sekretarz@ptbioch.edu.pl
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to: prepare, organize and conduct the Congress and service after the Congress, including the settlement of the Congress, both financial and substantive. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data results from art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a), b), c) and f) GDPR.
4. Providing your personal data by you is voluntary, but in relation to the data: first name or names, surname, e-mail address, affiliation, IP – necessary to participate in the Congress.
5. Your personal data provided in the registration form may be transferred to entities providing technical and IT support for the Congress and bodies co-financing in the field of cost settlement. Your personal data in the form of an image may be recorded in photos or videos from the Congress and processed on the websites of PTBioch and profiles of PTBioch on social networks in a way that allows access by third parties, for purposes related to the promotion of PTBioch including for the purposes of reporting with the Congress – in accordance with § 3 sec. 3 of the Regulations.
6. In the event of changing the formula of the Congress to “on-line”, lectures during the Congress will be held via the application provided by Mazurkas Travel Biuro Podróży Sp. With o. o.
7. Your personal data provided in the registration form will be processed until the end of the Congress and then for the period of limitation of claims that may arise from participation in the Congress. Your personal data in the form of an image will be processed as part of the coverage of the Congress on the websites of PTBioch and profiles of PTBioch in social networks until the consent for image processing is withdrawn.
8. You have the right to: obtain information about the processing of personal data and rights under the GDPR, access and rectify your data, and the right to delete personal data from the administrator’s files (unless further processing is necessary for the performance of legal obligation or to establish, assert or defend claims), and the right to limit processing, object to processing – in the cases and under the conditions specified in the GDPR.
9. To the extent that the processing takes place on the basis of consent, you also have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
10. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be sent by e-mail to the following address: sekretarz@ptbioch.edu.pl
11. Your personal data will not be subject to automatic decision making or profiling.
12. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

§ 7
Final Provisions

1. The Organizer of the Congress reserves the right to cancel the Congress, change the program and formula. The information about the cancellation of the Congress will be announced on the Congress website referred to in §1 sec. 4. The organizers of the Congress will not be obliged to the Participants to any compensation or compensation in this respect, or to reimburse the costs incurred in order to participate in the Congress.
2. The Organizers of the Congress do not bear any responsibility in the event of deterioration of health or illness (including SARS-CoV2) of a participant during the Congress.
3. In matters not covered by the Regulations, generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.
