The Congress Fee includes:
- Participation in all lectures and access to the exhibition area
- Congress bag including programme

Note:
Student’s registration allows to admit Young Scientists’ Session on 16.09.2023 only.
Students willing to get full congress access need to register as Junior Members of BIO Societies.

Cancellation policy
- all cancellations of registration should be sent in writing to the BIO2023 Registration Team to: bio2023@mazurkas.com.pl
- cancellations received no later than 30th June 2023 will be refunded less 50% of paid amount.
- cancellations received after 30th June 2023 will not be refunded.
- refund will be paid after closing the Congress.
- If refund is applicable, a cancellation notice must include your full bank account details.
